Chef Ayanda is a renowned international professional cruise chef,a lengend in the making.His career began in Kwazulu natal,South Africa;He was in high school when hr developed the passion for hospitality.After he matriculated ,He then went to pursue his studies at the Internation hotel school.Chef Ayanda studied and graduated in cookery Diploma ,He also furthered his education in culinary arts by studied and graduated diploma in patisserie.He did his training at one of the best hotels in the country The Oyester Box Hotel and did pastry training at the Gateway hotel.Companies he has worked for in South Africa Circus Circus Cafe based in Gateway mall,Mcallister's catering and Bike & Bean.
